We loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to help, especially when Simone rushed to return my wallet. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options each morning. The location was perfect for exploring nearby shopping and dining spots, making family outings enjoyable.

My kids wished the pool was open. it would be great to have more family-friendly amenities.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, microwave, and a private bathroom with soft towels. Breakfast was simple but nice, with hot eggs and make-your-own waffles. Also, the fitness center was a good touch for a workout. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby too!

Our check-in experience was a complete nightmare. The front desk staff was incompetent, holding a massive amount on my card without giving us a room. After hours of waiting, we were still left without assistance, and it felt like no one cared about our situation. Instead of solutions, all I received was indifference.
